a rightly timed pause

After quitting my second job @ H&M…I found myself being bored out of my mind, and in bed by 8:30…drinking beer…or wine…or lounging in the tub with the scent of lavender accosting my sensories.

So today…I made a list of things i wanted to do…surfing, wall climbing, tennis, kayaking, and soccer. Surfing was too expensive, and plus it’s winter and the water’s too cold and the waves are EH…so that kinda botched my kayaking plan too…maybe in the summer i’ll do it since i work 10 minutes from the beach, so it’s totally doable. Tennis worked too but my tennis partner Allyson has been flakey…hmmm…and then wall climbing came up but i don’t have the funds for it yet…and then came SOCCER.

i am sooo fuckin stoked to have found this website - sportsvite LA…and they have almost every team looking for players and pick-up games and stuff like that…sooo, i messaged a couple of all-female teams and got an invite from a team captain to join the winter season games for their team! YAY!
